Warranty and Refund Policy

Limited Warranty

IOT BAHRAIN Trading offers a limited warranty on all products. This warranty guarantees that the product’s hardware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use within the specified Warranty Period outlined below.

This ensures that the product will function as advertised and will not be defective during the relevant timeframe. The limited warranty addresses failures resulting from manufacturing or workmanship defects. However, packaging, software, and technical data are excluded from this warranty.

To access any services covered by this limited warranty

  • Proof of purchase is necessary.
  • IOT BAHRAIN Trading does not offer refunds if the product been used/opened under any circumstances or conditions.
  • Defective units will be replaced with new or might be repaired.
  • If a defective unit is discontinued, at the end of its life, or out of stock, IOT BAHRAIN Trading will substitute it with products of similar value or features.

 

Warranty Period

  • Warranty periods for products do not reset with replacement units; the original purchase date and warranty duration will continue to apply to replacement products.
  • During the warranty period, the device is eligible for a replacement up to two times.
  • The service warranty is valid for one month from the date of installation.
  • The Warranty Period begins on the date the product was purchased by the original end-user purchaser and lasts for the period set out in the table below:

Applicability of warranty

This warranty does not apply if:

  • The product has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress, misuse, negligence, etc.
  • The product has been altered or modified by someone other than IOT BAHRAIN Trading.
  • The warranty claim was made fraudulently or by misrepresentation.
  • The product was not installed, operated, repaired, or maintained in accordance with instructions offered by IOT BAHRAIN Trading in the user manual.
  • The Wi-Fi connection between the router/internet and the smart device may be weak or may be experiencing disconnections. or signals Interference, Router firmware/settings issues, Smart device compatibility.
  • If the product has been opened /used, refunds will not be provided for any reason even during the warranty period.
  • If proof of purchase can’t be provided, a warranty period start date may be assigned by IOT BAHRAIN Trading. IOT BAHRAIN Trading is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping to the end-user.
  • IOT BAHRAIN Trading has no obligation to replace any products that are no longer covered under warranty.

 

Replacement Procedure

If a customer has a damaged/defective product after been used, he must contact the customer service team on WhatsApp or the company email and follow the instructions.

If the purchased product is found to be defective and is still covered under this warranty policy, the customer may have a replacement processed by steps listed below:

  1. Contact IOT BAHRAIN Trading through contact channels to claim a problem found and offer device details including purchase date proof.
  2. Follow the steps provided by customer service.
  3. Customer service team might ask the customer to deliver the item to the IOT Bahrain Trading Office if required. The address for the IOT Bahrain Trading Office is: Flat 16, Building 583, Road 1207, Block 712, Al Ramli, Bahrain.

Conditions for Returning & Refund of the Products

  • The customer can return or replace the item within 15 days from the date of purchase, when having a manufacturer defect or was not in conformity with the specifications approved or contracted for.
  • The customer can return unused products within three days from the date of purchasing, customer must provide proof of purchase (such as an order number, invoice, or phone number). IOT Bahrain Trading will choose the suitable payment methods to refund or to replace the product.

Accepted Conditions for Refund

  • If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, please contact our customer service within 24 hours. You will need to provide evidence of the damage by sending a video via WhatsApp. If you do not return all damaged items, your return request may be denied.
  • The customer shall be responsible to deliver the item to IOT Bahrain Trading Office ( The address for the IOT Bahrain Trading Office is: Flat 16, Building 583, Road 1207, Block 712, Al Ramli, Bahrain).
  • Our team will evaluate the returned product. If no misuse damage is detected, you can expect a response within one week of receiving the damaged item. Following confirmation, your refund will be processed within three days.
  • If our inspection reveals that the product is not damaged as claimed, the refund will be denied, and the product will be sent back to you. If you choose not to accept the returned product, the company reserves the right to dispose of it.
  • Any product can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase, if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not conform to the approved or contracted specifications.
